Due to a clash of events over the week and weekend of the 25 May.  The Junior Championship 800m track event at UKA has been bought forward from Wednesday the 22nd May  to Thursday 16th May starting at 5:30pm with the first race at 6:00pm.

Please pass this information to all your fellow club members so they do not miss it.

FRA English Junior championships

A few hardy juniors have been flying the KCAC Juniors flag over the winter by taking part in the Kendal Winter League fell races.  These are run between January and April and are tough races in often harsh conditions.  The final results are in and were announced after the final “fun” race in Sedbergh on Sunday the small but dedicated “squad” finished well:

Due to Bunny Runs starting from 2nd April, there will be no ‘official’ junior coaching on Tuesdays in April.

Coaches want to run / spectate / cheer on and some of the juniors (aged 12) want to run them.

Organised coaching sessions will still be held on Thursdays all through April.
