Another great KCAC day out and some great results. Phil Done gained his first Yorkshire vest and will travel down to Birmingham next month. Faisal finished 9th so will have to wait to see if he has been successful. Good solid runs from Tom Sessford, Zara Knappy, Stephen Bell and Rebecca Mclean.
At the younger end George, Sally, Holly and Katie all gave there best. It is very daunting to run in The Yorkshire X Country Champs. It takes alot of guts so you are all winners in my eyes.
Hope you all enjoyed the meal afterwards.
Thanks to Paul for driving the minibus.

Although it has been widely rumoured that large sums of money had been deposited into a Swiss Bank account by certain individuals, in the hope of not having their photos from the presentation night posted on the WEB site. This is completely false and untrue, it was only 50p and that doesn’t even buy a Mars Bar these days.
Just click on the “Presentation Night 2009″ on the menu to the left.
